At the heart of my work is a passion for helping others. I believe that leadership is about more than managing tasks—it’s about nurturing empathy, fostering understanding, and holding ourselves accountable. Through thoughtful leadership development, I aim to bring humanity back into the workplace, creating environments where people can thrive and make meaningful contributions.
I believe we all have a responsibility to share our time, knowledge, and support with those in need—and to ask for help when we need it. Our communities are filled with people striving to create positive change, and I’m committed to helping as many of them as possible reach their potential. This is why I coach and consult: to support motivated, kind, and driven individuals in becoming the leaders our world needs.
I enjoy structure and professionalism, but I’m ultimately motivated by collaboration and kindness. Over the span of 15 years—first in a for-profit setting and then in a nonprofit organization—I worked my way up from a coordinator role to become the youngest Vice President at one of the largest nonprofits in the Detroit metro area. My experience spans client services, marketing, media and public relations, fundraising, event management, and database management. Along the way, I’ve had the privilege of working with inspiring leaders and navigating the challenges of difficult team dynamics.
I thrive in environments where vulnerability, psychological safety, and compassion are core values. I find joy in spreadsheets, checklists, and well-run systems, but my greatest fulfillment comes from building supportive, collaborative cultures where people feel empowered to do their best work.
In addition to my professional work, I am a deeply committed partner, mom, friend, and colleague who brings the same empathy, integrity, and dedication to all areas of my life.
